Delirium was the ruler of NF. As head administrator, everyone else on staff presented their butts to him on a regular basis.

Really though, Delirium was the administrator you wanted watch out for. He could either be really comical, or fairly strict. He creates the themes for the forum with his friend Sarah. He doesn't say much about himself, but feel free to ask. If you want to get on his good side, talk about the Packers or boobs.
